Job Description
Bull Venture Capital is looking to hire a computer programmer to help build a website with some sophisticated backend needs. With an eye towards rapid deployment, the Computer Programmer will be intimately involved in the development and deployment of a new internal technology. The position is for an immediate start date and requires a 30+ hour per week commitment. The individual will gain valuable insights into the venture capital world and the fast-paced world of automation in investment management. The role will initially be as an independent contractor but may evolve into a longer-term partnership. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Skills & Talents:
– Working towards a Degree in Computer Science or related fields (Bachelor’s, Master’s).
– Exceptional ability to work through the necessary steps to take a design and turn it into a working model.
– Intellectual curiosity and passion for solving challenging problems.
– Ability to see responsibilities through to the end.
– Ideally has experience with the Elixir programming language.
This opportunity will be mostly remote with occasional in-person meetings in Park City or Salt Lake City.
