High School Summer Research Internship
Participants will learn how to conduct academic research, discover different types of engineering, and create a poster project on what they learned. This program is for 8 weeks, for 30 hours per week.
There are no educational requirements; anyone graduating in 2027 or 2028 can apply, but math readiness and basic technical skills may be necessary depending on the research.
This internship comes at no cost to participate; however, participants will not receive compensation. Housing will not be provided. This is a competitive program; space may be limited. This experience will provide a boost for students’ college application by allowing them a head start into working in a laboratory setting.
