Travel Award Pre-Approval Form

Travel Awards are designed to support individual engineering students who need financial assistance attending events and conferences that align with the college’s mission. Applicants must be declared within a major from the Price College of Engineering.

When applying for a travel award, the first step is to submit the Travel Award Pre-Approval Form. Applications will be reviewed and processed based on available funding. If a student’s pre-approval form is approved, they will be notified via UMail containing instructions on how to purchase travel/conference fees. When requesting conference registration fees, please be advised that the Price College of Engineering Travel Award will only cover the early membership registration price. Please remember to read the specific requirements for each event as there may be membership fees or other specific policies/actions to qualify.

Travel awards can only be used for select conferences and events.
