Congratulations on being admitted to the John and Marcia Price College of Engineering!
The College provides opportunities to participate in cutting-edge research, collaborate with distinguished faculty, and network with industry leaders. We are excited to help you on your path to earning an engineering degree at the University of Utah.
Keep in mind that all new engineering students begin with pre-major status (ex: pre-mechanical engineering). When you participate in New Student Orientation, you will meet with an advisor who will explain the process of gaining full major status. We encourage all students who have an interest in engineering to pursue a degree with us, and so none of our engineering majors have enrollment caps!
